    The implementation of our own Workplace IT and the transition of our service hosting to cloud technology are but two of the challenges ahead for our new Information Security Manager! You will need to actively engage with the business to deliver embedded security, leverage your broad knowledge of technical security controls, demonstrate a solid understanding of IS risk management and compliance requirements, and execute a programme of continuous internal and 3rd party security assessments.

    Key duties and responsibilities

    • Taking point in defining/applying FundsLibrary Security Policy and associated processes
    • Collaborating with Group Information Security to demonstrate/ensure adherence to agreed standards
    • Working as part of the project/product delivery lifecycle to help ensure we deliver secure solutions that meet defined security principles
    • Working as part of the security incident response escalation process, taking remedial action if required
    • Managing on-going access reviews and ensure authorisation of access changes occurs
    • Managing a programme of continuous internal and 3rd party security assessments
    • Performing a lead role in the delivery of the information security awareness and training program
    • Carrying out third party security reviews and audits
    • Co-ordinating the annual compliance programme

        • ISO27001, access controls, web application security, data classification and handling, 3rd party security, and cryptographic techniques

    Working in a small marketing team within the FundsLibrary business you will contribute to all aspects of the marketing communications plan. You will take ownership of a range of activities including working with the product and client-facing teams to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns and support materials enabling them to meet their commercial objectives, plus managing the ongoing development of our website and social media channels.

    What will the role involve?

    Brand management & image:

    • Ongoing development and management of the FundsLibrary brand
    • Ensuring a clear and consistent style and tone of voice is utilised across all mediums and suitable for a financial services technology company

    Marketing collateral:

    As an Automation Test Analyst you will be responsible for helping to train other members of the Test team in Automation, have a direct influence on which technologies are used and a say in influencing the future direction of the product set as a key member of the Scrum team.

    Key duties and responsibilities:

    • Identifying, designing, reviewing, amending and executing test cases for a project
    • Work with Test Manager to define the appropriate testing approach for a project and contribute towards/write project test plans defining exit criteria
    • Design and write automated test scripts using C# Design and write UI functional test scripts using C# Selenium Webdriver
    • Work closely with your scrum team to ensure a high level of test coverage
    • Reporting of defects clearly and concisely and managing these through to resolution with relevant stakeholders
    • Documenting results of testing undertaken
    • Support the Test Manager in guiding and mentoring Junior Test Analysts, as required
    • Promote good testing practices throughout the development process
    • Adhere to deadlines, prioritise work and provide progress reports
    • Participate in daily project team stand-up meetings
    • Participate in the post-project review process
    • Escalate key test issues to the Test Manager and Project team as required

    Key objectives of the role:

    • Develop testing knowledge and continue to learn about automated testing processes
    • Provide feedback on how existing automated frameworks can be improved
    • Ensure projects worked upon have sufficient test plans and test coverage and are documented accordingly

    Requirements

    Key skills and experience:

    • Strong C# and an understanding of frameworks/design patterns (Page Object Model)
    • Selenium Webdriver
    • Performance testing experience using JMeter or similar
    • API testing using Fiddler or a similar tool
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to present outputs in a clear and unambiguous manner
    • Highly organised and methodical
    • An enquiring mind with strong analytical skills
    • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously, building productive working relationships
    • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload in an efficient and timely manner, working to strict deadlines
